PlusOne Junior Program

Our children's junior sport program is running during June/July 2023!

Children will be introduced to a gym environment, learn about equipment, learn drills and skills all while building skills such as resilience, communication, persistence, navigating change and learning to work in a team.

Times and Classes

9:30am - 10:00am; 3 to 5 years old

10:15am - 11:00am 6 to 8 years old

11:15am - 12:00pm 9 to 12 years old

DID YOU KNOW?

The facility is a fully equipped gym and also has an onsite licensed creche so you are able to enrol children aged newborn to 11 years old, get a workout and all while your child is learning sport in a fun, safe and supportive environment!
