Our rookie class is all about introducing entry aged primary children to the gym environment, exploring equipment, learning age appropriate drills that relate to games while developing soft skills such as persistence, communication, teamwork, building confidence and the ability to navigate change. These sessions are written and taught by head coach, Eliza Mora who's experience include coaching for Melbourne United and Basketball Victoria in primary and secondary schools Victoria wide and the Head of Sport and Yoga for Woodlands Early learning centres. Her focus is on closing the gaps caused by lack of sport and physical activity during the covid lockdown and delivering quality sessions that ensure your child gets the best start in life!
